LAW EXAM COURSE IN INDIA

Now a day’s law has become a demanding career   oriented course after 12th or graduation. The legal studies started in India in the year 1987 as a three-year program granted under the Advocate Act, 1961. In 2001, for the first time NLU Jodhpur started five year integrated course. Bar Council of India is main regulatory body of legal studies in India.   2.  Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – 3 years (this course can be done just after graduation )
  3. Master of laws (LL.M) – 1 or 2 years (this course can be done after above two courses)
  4. Doctor of philosophy (PhD)
